Throughout the season, Tall Sycamore Campground hosts themed weekends, family activities, church services, live entertainment, holiday celebrations, and special events for campers of all ages. August 14th-16th: Games Weekend August 15 at 6 PM: Game Night at the Rec Hall or bags tournament. If you have something you want to host, the rec hall will be available for our campers to do so. August 16 at 9:30 AM: Non‑Denominational Church Service followed by coffee and doughnuts ____________________________________________________________________________________ August 21st-23rd: Games Weekend August 22 at 6 PM: Game Night at the Rec Hall or bags tournament. If you have something you want to host, the rec hall will be available for our campers to do so. August 23rd at 9:30 AM: Non‑Denominational Church Service followed by coffee and doughnuts _____________________________________________________________________________________ August 28th-30th: Grissom Air Force Base Air Show Weekend 29th: 10 AM -Grissom Air Force Base Air Show (We are a short distance from Grissom AFB) 30th: 9:30 AM Non Denominational Church Service w/Coffee & Doughnuts _______________________________________________________________________ September Sept. 4th-6th: Labor Day Weekend 50/50 All Weekend Bags Tournament Activities to be posted closer to date! *Late Checkout available for all overnight guests upon request. Must reserve 3 nights on a holiday weekend! Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, Children of All Ages, Welcome to Peru, Indiana, the Circus Capital of the World and home to the Peru Amateur Youth Circus and Circus City Festival, Inc.! We are home to one of the most wonderfully unique youth programs in the world. Every year local youth get the opportunity to practice and perform in all varieties of circus acts from tumbling to the flying trapeze! In mid-July, the youth showcase their talents with a week full of performances in our very own permanent big top! The performances are part of the Circus City Festival, which includes rides, games, food, and much more! Of course, this wouldn't be possible without all of our volunteers, sponsors, and our many patrons every year. Please come see for yourselves!
